Psychotherapist.com.au aims to help people understand therapy and make an informed first contact. Our initial model collects contact-only introduction requests and allows manual review and allocation to participating professionals. We do not promise lead volume or guaranteed bookings.
Who can apply
We seek identifiable Australian practitioners with relevant qualifications, appropriate professional standing and insurance, clear fees, and a commitment to confidentiality and informed consent. Applications are reviewed before any public listing.
Commercial terms are not yet active
Our proposed 5% marketing fee on confirmed, completed paid appointments is a concept only. It is not being charged or contracted through this website. Independent review of PACFA/ACA and applicable state requirements is necessary before any paid referral or marketing arrangement is introduced.
Client-first introductions
A therapist may decline an unsuitable request, and a client may choose another provider. Contact details should only be used for the specific introduction consented to, not for unrelated marketing.
