Privacy policy
The data we collect, how we use it and how you can ask about your information.
Enquiry information
Our enquiry form asks for an adult name, email, optional phone number, city or suburb, preferred online/in-person format and optionally a preferred practitioner. We do not request diagnostic information, medical history or therapy notes. A person’s act of seeking mental-health support can itself be sensitive and we handle enquiries accordingly.
Purpose, disclosure and consent
We use contact details to review an introduction request and, with the specific consent provided in the form, to share those details with a suitable independent practitioner for an appointment discussion. If you specify a practitioner, this may be the intended recipient. There is no automatic mass distribution and we do not sell enquiry lists. We may contact you about your enquiry.
Practitioner applications
Professional applications may contain name, work contact details, city, qualifications, professional memberships, registration number, website and a short business biography. Approved professional information may appear publicly following manual review.
Storage, access and deletion
Submissions are stored in a private directory outside the public website folder. Only the password-protected site administrator can read them through the dashboard. An administrator can delete old records; a 90-day routine deletion policy is recommended for inactive enquiries, subject to applicable obligations. The hosting jurisdiction and any overseas disclosure arrangements must be confirmed by the operator before launch. Email notifications contain only a reference ID, not client details.
Cookies and advertising
A functional session cookie is used for form protection and administration. Google AdSense is disabled by default. If advertising is activated, Google and related partners may use cookies or similar technology; the operator must update this notice, implement any required consent controls and comply with applicable privacy and advertising requirements.
Your choices
You can ask for access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion where legally available. Use the contact details on this site. A withdrawal may prevent us from completing an introduction. Our privacy procedure and legal notices should be reviewed by an Australian privacy professional before accepting live health-adjacent enquiries.
